Flaming and pootling
I was cold last night so I called Clurb for assistance. As it was she and P turned up too late to offer assistance so we just chilled in front of a roaring fire. Ah a real fire, nowt better and that was my first of the season and worked remarkably well.
We also sat and nattered with DB who managed to get himself completely lost and confused by nattering to us online at the same time he was nattering to S. Cue tittering for a bit before he blue screened and had to call a halt to proceedings.
After they’d all gone away I had a go on my hosting site to see if they had the new version of WordPress (wot powers this page) to upgrade to. It seems they haven’t, at least not by last night, but it’s only a couple of days old so I’m not greatly surprised. But it turns out they do have the new version of “Gallery” which is a photo album thing. So I set that up and it seems to work. There should be a link to it where the Clurb link is. If I like it I may transfer all my galleries from Care2 (the “photos” link) on to here. After all it’s hardly as if I’m struggling for bandwidth.
So have a look and tell me whether it’s better/worse/not worth the bother.
Have fun.

Hard to say, really. I’m not the biggest fan of the Care 2 pages, probably because they use a hideous shade of green. But a photo page is a photo page.
Decide which one is easiest to use and go with that one.
(P prefers the new one though)

I learned things about webcams yesterday. It’s all obvious stuff, but it wasn’t until I wanted to gesture at you lot that I realised how confusing it can get. I’ll be monocamous from now on.
As for the galleries, yeah, I’d go with the new one.

On a related note – have you considered moving physio monkey over to here?

Yes but a combination of no experience in web site developing, the loss of the original monkeyjuggler.net files (prolly retrievable from the server mind) and laziness has precluded it so far. I want to do it properly so any suggestions would be helpful.

Er, I’ll think about it later
